Long Term Athletic Development is for youth athletes between grades K-8th.


Service Description

Sessions include an emphases on: - Speed, Quickness, Agility - Coordination, Balance and Body Control - Basic Movement Principles - Core Strength Development - Mobility, Stability, Flexibility - Nervous system development - Inter & Intramuscular coordination
