Meet Coach Matt Mosher

Performance Coach

Coach Matt Mosher grew up in the area and attended New Trier High School, where he was a standout multi-sport athlete in football and basketball. On the football field, Matt earned numerous accolades, including First Team All-Conference, First Team All-Area, CSL Defensive Player of the Year, and recognition as an All-State defensive back.

A lifetime spent playing sports is what sparked Matt’s passion for the weight room. Experiencing firsthand how strength and performance training elevated his game, he became committed to helping others do the same. That passion led him to the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he earned a degree in kinesiology and deepened his knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and biomechanics.

Over the past five years, Matt has trained youth, high school, and college athletes, helping them move better, gain strength, and compete at a higher level. In addition to performance coaching, he brings seven years of experience as a basketball coach, coaching at both the youth and high school level.

Outside of the gym and court, Matt continues to challenge himself through jiu-jitsu, holding a blue belt and staying active in training. He embodies the same performance standards he sets for his athletes, grounded in discipline, consistency, and always striving for improvement.
